we provide a new functionality, developed with the aim of strengthening communication between the entities that use Kyrios ChMS (Dioceses, Parishes, Institutions,…) and their collaborators. This feature contributes to secure communication and guarantees that the message has actually been received.
WITH THIS OPTION WHEN SENDING A MESSAGE (NEWSLETTER) THE USER RECEIVES A NOTIFICATION EMAIL
To read the message you will need to access Kyrios ChMS and then you can read the message.
USER WITHIN KYRIOS READ MESSAGE
Whenever the user accesses Kyrios, if they have unread messages, they appear as an alert until they are all marked as read
WHO SENDED THE MESSAGE GETS THE VISIBILITY OF THOSE WHO HAVE READ THE MESSAGE
So in the case of important messages that are for internal users and who have access to Kyrios ChMS, as is the case with all elements of the Clergy or Catechists, there is a guarantee that the recipient has actually read the message
This functionality emerged in the face of a real need that a Diocese transmitted to us about the passing of information to all elements of the Clergy, in this phase so delicate that we all live.
Thus, we hope that this feature will be useful for all our users.
